--> Transfer Certificate
--> Passport

2. Address Proof. (Any one of following document)
--> Passport
--> Family card
--> Voter Id
-->Bank Passbook
--> Driving Licence
--> Aadhar Card
3. Passport-size Photo-each-5 Nos.
4. Three witnesses with ID Proof (Totally for both).
